Elizabeth Aydlette is a sophomore Mass Communications & Media Studies major from Johns Island, SC. She plays the role of Cinderella in The Cinderella Syndrome. Liz is a co-host on “Working for the Weekend”, a radio show on XLR Lander Radio, where she previously served as publicity coordinator. She also enjoys designing and creating theatre costumes and props.

Bailey Gravely is a freshman Mass Communications & Media Studies major with a minor in Film Studies who dreams of one day working in the film or television industry. Right now, she’s working in radio on XLR Lander Radio. She has always enjoyed characters because she connects with them, and Disney was one of her biggest childhood influences. Bailey loves writing, drawing, and riding her bike, and also her family, who always has her back in the roughest times.

Chelsie Hanna is a freshman Biology major from Johnsonville, SC. Chelsie loves reading, animals, and eating Chick-Fil-A. I come from a large family with three
sisters and two brothers. Chelsie enjoys learning and trying new things, and was thrilled to be cast as Brunnhilda in The Cinderella Syndrome.

James Hawthorne is a freshman Political Science major with minors in International Studies and Pre-Law. He is originally from Pelzer, SC, and plans to pursue a career as a Foreign Service Officer after graduating from Lander. James’ favorite theatre role was playing the Mad Hatter in Alice in Wonderland.

Morgan Johnston is a sophomore Early Childhood Education major from Indian Land, SC. She serves as the Props Master for this production, and also portrays Lady Leonore.  Morgan has been involved with theatre all of her life, and worked in the Carowinds Entertainment Department for four years. Morgan is also a member of the Chi Sigma sorority.

Austin McDuffie is a freshman from Sumter, SC majoring in Mass Communications. Austin portrays Sir Harold Pendragon in What Women Want Most. His unparalleled passion for storytelling is what initially attracted him to acting, and he has loved it from day one.

Elijah Moran is a sophomore Mass Communications major from Fort Mill, SC. He currently hosts “Chilling with Classics,” a radio show on XLR Lander Radio. Eli also works for the Lander University Special Events Technical Crew.

Kiana Patterson is a freshman Pre-Med Major from Westminster, SC.  She is playing the roles of Stepmother and Queen Guinevere.  This is Kiana’s first time performing with Lander Players, and she is glad she can perform without a boot on her foot after injuring it skydiving.

Joseph Plyler, who portrays King Arthur, is a sophomore Mass Communications major from Ruby, SC. Joey is a Resident Assistant, Presidential Ambassador, tutor, and University Singer at Lander University, as well as a Percussion Instructor for the Chesterfield High School Marching Pride. Once he arrived at Lander, Joey joined the Lander Players and has been cultivating a passion for performance ever since.

Lea Toby is a freshman English Secondary Education major from Whitmire, SC. She is playing the Godmother in The Cinderella Syndrome. Lea has been doing theatre since the fifth grade and it has made a tremendous impact on her life. It helped her decide on her major, her hobby, and most importantly that she should be a Bearcat. Lea states, “I look forward to working with the Players for  all of the years that I am here.”
